Finding Job is Like Finding Gold

Finding job is hard as finding gold because you will undergo different circumstances that require your full effort like for miners they exert their full effort to make way to the gold mine regardless how tiring it is. One traditional way of finding a job is through newspaper. Most bulletin papers have classified ads page where in you can see buy and sell, advertisement, job vacancies & etc. Most company who post here are employment agencies or direct companies who badly needs employee because in order for a company to post one job posting here, it requires a lot of money. I suggest this type of job hunting because most newspaper companies update their classified ads page either everyday or weekly so that you can get fresh job vacancy because if you hear / know it late there are lots of applicant who are now applying for that position and may be others already taken that position.

While many people are not fond of networking, it is still a very powerful job search method for most. May it be done online or offline, networking provides an opportunity to meet new contacts that would be helpful in your quest to find employment. As time goes by, your contacts should grow and you should become more competitive and stable in the workplace.

Networking is a give and take relationship. It is never a one-sided system. According to Rachel Solar-Tuttle, author of Table Talk: The Savvy Girl’s Alternative to Networking, networking is collaboration. This means that every time you seek help or meet with a potential contact, you should also think about how you can offer help in return. You may not be able to return the favor to the same contact that has helped you, but you can always give assistance to a different contact in one way or another.
