Success comes in small and sometimes big packages. In the employment world, success is measured by achievements, accomplishments and promotions. Promotions are a given in every organization. You are recognized for your hard work and contribution to the success of a project. That is why promotion is what most workers work hard to achieve.

Below are some tips to help you get the coveted promotion at work:

1. Plan your day. Planning makes your day more productive and gives you direction.
2. Don’t underestimate things. Even the small stuff do matter in the eyes of the head honchos. Always go the extra mile.
3. Upgrade your skills continually. Never let the world pass you by. Upgrading your skills should always be a priority to keep yourself competitive.
4. Follow the rules. Nothing beats following the rules of the organization you are in. It keeps you away from trouble and makes you a qualified candidate for anything favorable.

How to Handle Difficult A Boss

Category: Career Advancement,Employment Trends,Work-Related Issues — Y.B. MASDAL @ 1:17 am

When the boss gets louder in his speech, it’s time to consider adjustment methods. Do not get to the point where one needs to push the red button.

When the boss gets angry in the workplace, the whole working environment suffers and everything is in gridlock.

So now comes the question on what to do. Does the boss gets away or does the boss remains? Of course, the boss always remains.

Knowing this, one needs to know the proper adjustment to make. And crucial to this point of awareness is to know the simple thing about this working politics, its all about the ego.

The boss ego wins all the time. So the rest should adjust. Sooner or later, an angry boss softens down, and the work environment becomes efficient once again.

Finding Job is Like Finding Gold

Finding job is hard as finding gold because you will undergo different circumstances that require your full effort like for miners they exert their full effort to make way to the gold mine regardless how tiring it is. One traditional way of finding a job is through newspaper. Most bulletin papers have classified ads page where in you can see buy and sell, advertisement, job vacancies & etc. Most company who post here are employment agencies or direct companies who badly needs employee because in order for a company to post one job posting here, it requires a lot of money. I suggest this type of job hunting because most newspaper companies update their classified ads page either everyday or weekly so that you can get fresh job vacancy because if you hear / know it late there are lots of applicant who are now applying for that position and may be others already taken that position.
