Get a tutor
If you really have no background in computer technology, it would be best to get yourself a Computer Coach or a tutor. As they will teach you what you want and need to know. A one on one session is the most ideal setting.. Your coach does not need to be a professionally trained teacher or computer expert – anybody who have sufficient skills to help you get started will do.

There are schools or training centers who offer short courses. Although a bit expensive, it is one of the sure-fire options that will get you into using the pc in no time
