MS Excel.on the other hand is one of the most commonly used spreadsheet programs which are used basically to store financial data. Presentation software such as MS PowerPoint is useful for creating and presenting slides.

Learn how to use your computer to communicate with others

It is also good to learn how to communicate Electronic Mail, discussion forums and chat rooms. Most companies use this nowadays because it is more efficient, faster and cheaper.
